Command center

/admin/command-center is the authorized organizer’s live-operations coordination view, not a public dashboard or substitute for the official incident channel. Source mounts photo moderation there and subscribes to published-table updates; confirm live behavior in the event environment.

  1. Open the route with your own account and review visible tasks, signals, and moderation.
  2. Assign an on-duty owner and backup for each active issue, with a next update time.
  3. Reconcile needs, follow-ups, and playbooks with the official operations channel.
  4. Make changes only in dedicated controlled surfaces—check-in, CMS, live admin, or moderation—and record outcomes for shift handoff.

The command center should make ownership and next action clear. An empty card does not prove no issue exists outside that source. If stale, preserve last-observed time, refresh once, and escalate availability impact through incident response. Do not modify raw data to make a dashboard look healthy.
